Teen Girls Anxiety Support Group

This 8 week anxiety and stress management process group is designed to support high schoolers. This group will run from March 19th-May 7th from 6pm-7pm in our Marietta office. We will be off for the week of spring break (April 2nd) and resume the next week. We will do a deep dive on anxiety, learn stress management skills, and have processing time. We will also dive into the indecison that often accompanies anxiety, and look at big decisions they are facing such as picking a career path.

This would be a great fit for any high schooler looking for anxiety support and community.
